I was very impressed with you from our first meeting in that you listened and took the time to understand what I wanted. The suggestions, helpful advise and expertise you offered was appreciated and invaluable.

Although there was a delay, it was not your fault, but due to the usual, and to be expected, problems regarding weather and the unforeseeable problem of a key tradesman in hospital due to a knee operation.

Once you were on site the job was completed very quickly and efficiently. Your staff were at all times courteous and friendly to me and I greatly appreciated that the site was left clean and tidy.

My friends and family have been most impressed with the standard of the finished job. I am more than happy to recommend you to any one considering a similar project and I would certainly use you again.
