The hero that’s never seen!  Correct base preparation is perhaps the most important part of any paving project.  A great deal of knowledge and money goes into the base foundation that you just don’t see so it’s hard to understand where much of the time and cost of your project is going.  Depending on soil types, which are different in every state, skilled excavation, levelling, road base and bedding sand may all be prerequisites.  Many areas will also need termite control, damp proofing and proper water drainage let alone possible plumbing, irrigation pipes and electrical wiring for garden lights.  Your Jims Paving Franchisee will discuss all the requirements for your particular project and will quote on those specific needs.  We are more than happy to meet a competitive quote but please ensure that any other quotes are matching apples with apples.
