WHAT WILL I DO AS A JIM’S PAVING FRANCHISEE?

You will work directly with residential and commercial clients, developing plans and designs, arranging quotes and building high quality paving projects. Typical jobs include creating beautiful paved outdoor areas, driveways, pool coping, steps, retaining walls, garden edging and lots more. Jobs vary in scope and can easily range from $500 to $80,000+.

CURRENT OPERATORS

Current operators are also welcome to join Jim's Paving. Experienced operators enjoy working in a smaller geographic area, due to more leads in a smaller diameter. These Franchisees often become Trainers, and can be considered for other roles within the system. Experienced operators are able to quickly grow their business to multiple trailers and employees, eventually getting off the tools and project managing.

FRANCHISEES IN RURAL AREAS

In country or semi rural areas, in some cases, a traditional Franchise model may not work. The Corporate Franchise model is sometimes a suitable alternative. Available only for people currently in the business and wanting to grow, it is similar to a licensing arrangement, whereby the Franchisee re brands as a Jims Franchisee, purchases a Franchise and pays limited monthly fees. The corporate Franchisee is responsible for their own marketing and advertising within the region.
